    Critical components are analysed to determine engineering suitability under loads.

  • Matching Simulation

    Using advanced mating simulation at NUPRESS we are able to accurately determine costing and delivery times. Scheduled deliveries are predictable and tooling consumable costs are accounted for.

  • Rapid Prototyping

    3D solid modelling, investment casting and multitasking machinery are a few of the LEAN manufacturing methodologies adopted at NUPRESS.

  • Machining Process

    From 3D Solid to part production our team at NUPRESS employ the latest in hardware and software from CAD CAM to 7 axis CNC with auto gauging and robotic loading. Running 3 shifts per day as well as lights out automation the production facility is a 24/7 operation.

  • Custom Casting

    NUPRESS has a long history of working with casting facilities to value engineer the design and casting process to streamline post cast machining. NUPRESS can work with material supplied castings or supply the base material.

  • Testing

    Comprehensive destructive and non-destructive testing of all parts ensures an engineered solution to part manufacturing. Internally our in-house metrology equipment and Renishaw probing systems ensure non-destructive conformance and externally our NATA approved laboratory conduct critical destructive analysis providing engineering data required for the design process.
