RAPID PROTOTYPE CAPABILITY
Hycast Metals are able to make “one off” castings incorporating the technology of rapid prototyping. This “extension” to manufacturing has provided designers with literally “hands on” control! The technique has enabled architects to handle a component, inspect the finish and discuss aspects of design.

For the 3 Pacific Place project in Hong Kong, Hycast was able to deliver prototypes in 2 weeks, from concept drawing being available in Sydney to inspection in Hong Kong.
