Nupress Tools Pty Ltd, trading as Nupress Group ("Nupress", "we", "us" or "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy.   • Information you provide — when you submit a request for quote (RFQ), contact us, or otherwise deal with us: your name, company, position or role, email address, phone number, the details of your project or enquiry, and any drawings, specifications or files you choose to upload.
  • Information collected automatically — when you visit our website, limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view may be collected by our website host and by third-party services embedded in the site.

We collect personal information directly from you — through our website forms, by email, by phone, or in person — and automatically through our website and the third-party services it uses. Where it is reasonable and practicable, we collect personal information directly from you.

3. Why we collect it and how we use it

We collect and use personal information to: respond to your enquiry or RFQ and prepare quotations; supply our products and services and manage our relationship with you; communicate with you; operate, maintain and improve our website; and meet our legal, regulatory and quality-management obligations. We will not use your personal information for a purpose unrelated to those for which it was collected without your consent, unless permitted or required by law.

Our website is hosted using Netlify and uses Netlify Forms to receive enquiries. The site also embeds Google Fonts and an Elfsight social-media feed. These services may set cookies and collect limited technical information about your visit, and are subject to their own privacy policies. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may not function as intended.

5. Disclosure of personal information

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose personal information to: our employees who need it to perform their roles; service providers who help us operate our business (for example website and form hosting, email and IT providers); and other parties where you have consented, or where disclosure is required or authorised by law.

6. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers — including our website host and the embedded services described above — may store or process information on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. Where we disclose personal information to overseas recipients, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
